Do you ship internationally?
 
No, we do not ship to Canada or outside the continental U.S. at this time.
 
What does "FOB" mean?
 
Freight charges or FOB, means Frieght on Board.  These are additional fees that are added onto items that are very heavy or awkward in size.  Equine product orders are based on weight.  If you do not see "Freight Charges Apply," then there will be no extra cost for shipping.  There is a $5 service charge on all orders under $49. 
 
What is the expiration date on dewormers?
 
Unless otherwise specified, any wormer we sell has at least one year shelf life before it reaches the labeled expiration date.
 
What is your return policy?
 
We appreciate your business!  If you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt along with the original invoice and it will be refunded, replaced, or exchanged.  Saddles, blankets, sheets and saddle pads must be returned clean within 10 calendar days of receipt of the item.  Items showing signs of use or wear are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  Bits are not returnable.  Prior to returning an item you must call for a return authorization number.  Manufacturers labels should always be followed.
 
What is your policy on video returns?
 
DVDs may be returned if in the original, unopened package.  If there is a problem with the DVD quality, we will exchange it for the same item.  No refunds are offered on opened DVDs.
